RH RAHAD TEC values the security of your information and ensures you have complete control over your data. If you no longer wish to use your account, you can request the permanent deletion of your data at any time.
🚨 Important Warning: Please note that this process is irreversible. Once the deletion request is submitted, your account and all associated information will be permanently deleted from our system and cannot be recovered.
What Data Will Be Deleted
The following data will be permanently deleted once the process begins:
- Your full name and email address.
- Your phone number and delivery address information.
- Your complete order history and payment transaction records.
- Your FCM notification token.
- All other Personally Identifiable Information (PII) associated with your account.
⏳ It will take us 15 days to fully process your deletion request. Once the process starts, you will no longer be able to access your account.
Method 1 — Delete via the App
The easiest way to delete your account is directly through the GachBari app:
- Open the GachBari app and log in to your account.
- Go to your Profile or Account Settings.
- Tap the "Delete Account" button.
- Confirm your deletion request when prompted.
- Your request will be submitted and processed within 15 days.
✉️ Method 2 — Delete via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request data deletion by contacting us directly via email:

Please include the following in your email:
- Your registered full name
- Your registered email address
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request — GachBari"
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 15 days.
Important Notes
- All your data will be deleted within 15 days of submitting your request.
- This process cannot be reversed once initiated.
- Any pending orders at the time of deletion may be affected. Please ensure all active orders are completed before submitting a deletion request.
- After deletion, you will not be able to recover your order history or account information.
Your Rights
In addition to deletion, you also have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify any incorrect or outdated personal information.
- Contact a relevant data protection authority if you believe your data has been mishandled.
