By downloading or using the GachBari app, these terms automatically apply to you — so please read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate it into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it still belong to RH RAHAD TEC.
RH RAHAD TEC is committed to ensuring that the GachBari app is as effective and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app at any time and for any reason.
GachBari is an eCommerce platform exclusively for purchasing plants and garden products including Indoor Plants, Outdoor Plants, Bonsai, Fertilizers, and more. All products are posted and managed solely by the RH RAHAD TEC admin team. Customers can browse products, place orders, make manual payments, and track their orders in real time.
Our app may include certain third-party services or content (such as Firebase Firestore,Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and other Flutter supporting libraries).

GachBari stores and processes the personal data you provide in order to deliver our services. Your privacy is important to us. To learn more about how your personal data is used, please view our Privacy Policy.
It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not root or jailbreak your phone, as this may increase security risks to your device and may cause the app not to work properly.
Most app features require an account. You can sign up using Google Sign-In or Email & Password via Firebase Authentication. You must provide accurate information and are fully responsible for everything that happens in your account. If someone uses your account without your permission, you are still liable for it.
GachBari uses a manual payment system. No third-party payment gateway is integrated. After placing an order, you are required to manually send payment to the displayed number and submit the Transaction ID inside the app.
Submitting a false or incorrect Transaction ID may result in order cancellation and account termination. GachBari does not store or process any bank account or card information.
All products listed on GachBari are posted and managed exclusively by the RH RAHAD TEC admin team. Customers cannot upload, edit, or sell products. Product availability, pricing, and stock information are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
We may terminate your account at any time without notice if you violate these Terms. If you close your account, it will be treated as a request to delete all your data. All personal data will be permanently removed from our system within 15 days.

Some features of the app require an active internet connection. We are not responsible for any data charges, connectivity issues, or loss of service due to network problems outside of our control.
The app is provided "As Is." RH RAHAD TEC is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the app, including but not limited to delivery delays, payment disputes, or connectivity issues.
We may update the app or these Terms at any time. Please review this page regularly for any changes. In case of significant changes, we will attempt to notify you through the app or via email.
